Once upon a time, there was a little girl who loved celebrating life’s special moments. Growing up, her family didn’t always have the means to celebrate every occasion, but she dreamed of the day she could create magical, enchanting events for the people she loved most.

That little girl is Shaylee — the founder of Enchanting Moments.

Shaylee has always had a natural love for creating memorable events. Throughout her career as an Office Coordinator, she became known for the thoughtfulness, creativity, and attention to detail she brought to both corporate functions and meaningful celebrations with family and friends. Even while balancing full-time work and raising three children, she always made time to celebrate life’s special moments because she deeply believes in their importance. No matter the occasion, Shaylee poured her heart into every detail, creating experiences that felt truly magical. 

However, life took an unexpected turn when her mother was diagnosed with cancer. At the time, Shaylee was working full-time, balancing long hours with life at home alongside her three beautiful children, who were always eager to spend precious time with her. Amid the demands of work and family life, she also found herself struggling to make enough time for her mum. It was during this challenging period that she began to reflect deeply on what truly mattered most in life. 

Through the pain of her mother’s diagnosis, Shaylee experienced a profound shift in perspective. She realised life was far too short to spend time on things that didn’t truly bring her joy. In that moment, she understood that celebrating and connecting with loved ones are some of the most meaningful parts of life. Determined to create a life aligned with her heart, she made the courageous decision to step away from the 9–5 and pursue her passion. 

That passion became Enchanting Moments.

To Shaylee, events are about so much more than beautiful décor. They are a chance to pause amidst the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with the people we cherish, celebrate meaningful moments, and create memories that will last forever.

While some may see events as a luxury or an unnecessary expense, Shaylee believes they hold far greater value. To her, they are about connection, love, and the joy of bringing people together to celebrate life’s most special moments.

And that is what Enchanting Moments is all about.
